Xemex XE-5000 "Sun" Chronograph, Yellow Dial With Rubber Strap

SOLD. Pre owned / used Xemex XE 5000 "Sun" automatic Chronograph. The XE-5000 Chronograph has a 12mm high, 44mm across and 50mm lug to lug brushed 316L stainless steel case. The watch has a glass exhibition back to reveal the Xemex modified Swiss Valjoux 7750 automatic movement, which has a drilled rotor for greater efficiency. As with all Xemex watches, the lugs are hinged to allow a perfect fit for any wrist. The yellow dial has a minute track around the perimeter, black hands and markers with a red flyback second hand, and has a date window at 3 o'clock. There are three grey subdials, small seconds at 9 o'clock, minutes at 12 o'clock and hours at 6 o'clock. There is a tachymetre scale around the outer rim of the glass lens, and the crown is sunk into the case with two rectangular pushers either side, creating a very clean look. The glass is curved sapphire crystal and the XE-5000 chronograph is water resistant to 50 metres. The watch comes fitted with the original Xemex yellow rubber strap with butterfly buckle. This watch has just been calibrated so is running perfectly. The case is in excellent condition with the only mark of note between 10 and 11 o'clock on the bezel area. The sapphire glass lens is perfect. The Xemex yellow rubber strap is in excellent condition and measures approx 7 inches (18cms) on the inside including the case. The Xemex butterfly clasp works perfectly. This Xemex watch comes with inner and outer boxes and manual.
