Seiko Sports 100 "Octopussy", LCD Display, Rubber Strap

SOLD. Pre owned / used vintage Seiko Sports 100 "James Bond Octopussy" G757 5020. This Seiko model was worn by Roger Moore in Octopussy and is in excellent condition. The watch has a brushed stainless steel case, which is 9mm deep, 40mm lug to lug and 35mm across the main part of the case. The watch has two pushers on each side of the case, which houses a Seiko G757 quartz movement. The dial has three areas, mode on the right hand side, small seconds / second timezone / alarm on the right hand side and the main display at the bottom. There are no dead pixels in any of the areas, there is one small dot on the backscreen between the minutes and seconds, this is the only blemish on the dial. The pushers access the features of the watch, which includes time, timer, alarm, second timezone, stopwatch and backlight. This Seiko watch is fitted with a black rubber Seiko Z22 strap which is in mint condition. The Seiko G757 was originally water resistant to 100 metres. This classic Seiko is in great condition and all functions work perfectly. The buttons depress very well and all features including alarm and backlight work great. The case has the odd small mark as does the rubber bezel, but is in amazing condition for a 30 year old watch. The hardlex glass lens has a few small nibbles at the bottom of the lens, but there are no marks of note on the main area of the glass. The caseback has a few scratches. This Seiko G757 has recently had a new Seiko SR1120W battery and new gasket.
