Seiko Giugiaro Design "Ripley"

SOLD. SOLD. Pre owned / used Seiko Giugiaro Design "Ripley"limited edition. This limited edition chronograph is a replica of the watch worn in "Aliens" by Sigourney Weaver, designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro. This watch has a black coated stainless steel case, which houses a Seiko Cal 7T12 quartz movement. The case is 42mm across, 10mm deep and 42 mm lug to lug. The black dial, which is protected by a hardlex lens, has a tachymeter scale around the perimeter, inside this is a white minute track with luminous markers at hour intervals. The hour, minute and subdial hands are gold, the chronograph hand is white. There is a date window at 3 o'clock. On the right hand side of the case there is a push pull crown at 3 o'clock, at either end of the rectangular metal bar are gold chronograph pushers. The watch is water resistant to 100 metres. This Seiko watch comes fitted with the original black stainless steel bracelet which has a Seiko signed push button clasp. This watch is in excellent condition, the case and bracelet have the odd very light mark and the hardlex lens is perfect. The bracelet has been adjusted to 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cms) and all spare links are included. This Seiko "Ripley" SCED043 comes with boxes, instruction booklet and spare links.
