Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, SIlver Dial With Jubilee Bracelet

Pre owned / used Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Superlative Chronometer. This is a beautiful Rolex Oyster Datejust from 1988 which is running perfectly. This Rolex Oyster has a 11mm high case, which is 36mm (38mm including screw in crown) in diameter and 44mm lug to lug. The case is highly polished and brushed, and houses a Rolex Superlative Chronometer automatic movement. The silver dial, which is protected by a domed plexiglass lens, has a minute track around the perimeter with silvered line markers with luminous dots at hour intervals. The minute and hour hands are silvered and luminous and the second hand is silver. There is a date window at 3 o'clock with a cyclops magnifying lens. The screw in crown is Rolex signed and the polished caseback is in excellent condition. This Rolex Oyster Datejust comes fitted with a jubilee style bracelet with a Rolex signed butterly clasp (which measures between 7 1/2 and 8 inches (19 cms) so will fit most wrists easily), and is water resistant to 100 metres. The watch comes with inner and outer boxes, both manuals, pouch, chronmeter certificate, original guarantee slip, service records from Rolex dated 2005 and a spare brand new glass lens. This is a really excellent example and comes in fantastic condition. The case has a couple of minute marks on the sides, and the clasp has the odd small mark on the brushed surface. The plexiglass lens has a couple of minute marks between 1 and 2 o'clock which can only be seen through a loupe, and as can be seen in the images the cyclops lens has a few marks. However the watch comes with a brand new unused Rolex lens, which gives the owner the option to change at a later date if they wish. The watch is running very strongly and keeps great time.
