SOLD. Pre owned / used Oris Oscar Peterson limited edition. This watch is a limited edition of only 1925 as a tribute to jazz legend Oscar Peterson based on the Oris Artix case. This Oris watch has a 9mm high case, which is 42mm (45mm with crown) across and 47mm lug to lug. The case is brushed and polished 316L stainless steel and houses a 26 jewel Oris Cal. 733 automatic movement, which has a 38 hour power reserve. The engraved stainless steel caseback is screwed down. The black dial, which is protected by an anti-reflective domed sapphire glass lens, has a minute track around the perimeter with Roman numerals, the gold eight signifying the eight Grammys won by Oscar Peterson. There are markers in the shape of piano keys at hour intervals and the hands are slivered and luminous. There is a date window at 6 o'clock just below the signature of Oscar Peterson. This Oris limited edition watch comes fitted with a 22mm black croco pattern leather strap with deployant clasp, and is water resistant to 100 metres. The watch comes with the outer box, piano style lockable wooden presentation box, box key, individually numbered limited edition booklet, instruction manual, service centre booklet and Oscar Peterson music cd. This is a fantastic limited edition from Oris, there are no marks of note to the case and the sapphire glass is perfect. The strap and clasp show a little wear and the watch runs great as you would expect.
