Oris Chronoris, Black Dial With Black Leather Strap

SOLD. Pre owned / used Oris Chronoris. This watch has just been fully serviced by Oris and has had a new glass lens, a new crown and new pushers. The Chronoris was re-released in 2005 to commemorate the original Chronoris from 1970, combining the flair of the original with new Oris High-Mech technology. The watch has a 40mm across (43mm with crown) 12mm deep and 46mm lug to lug brushed and polished 316L stainless steel case, which houses an Oris modified ETA Valjoux 7750 25 jewel automatic movement, visible through an exhibition caseback. The dial, which is protected by a domed anti-reflective sapphire glass lens, has a tachymeter scale around the perimeter and has a minute track inside with silver hour markers and luminous dots at hour intervals. The hour and minute hands are silver and luminous, the chronograph seconds hand is orange. The chronograph minutes subdial is at 12 o'clock and the date window is positioned at 6 o'clock. On the side of the case are two round chronograph pushers, inside these the Oris signed quick release crown is positioned. The watch comes fitted with a nearly new Oris black orange trimmed perforated leather strap with Oris clasp and the Chronoris is water resistant to 50 metres. This Chronoris is in excellent condition with only the odd light mark as shown in the images. The sapphire glass lens is brand new and the watch, having just been fully serviced by Oris, functions perfectly keeping great time. This Oris Chronoris comes with a brand new Oris travel case and Oris service/warranty card dated May 2014.
