Dubey & Schaldebrand Gran' Chrono, Silver Dial, Leather Strap

SOLD. Pre owned / used Dubey & Schaldenbrand Gran' Chrono. This Dubey and Schaldenbrand watch is in excellent condition. The watch has a curvex shaped 13cm deep, 37mm across (40mm with crown) and 49mm lug to lug very highly polished stainless steel case, which houses a 25 jewel Dubey and Schaldenbrand modified Valjoux 7750 movement, which has a chronometer quality escapement and 48 hour power reserve. The movement is finished to a beautiful standard, as can be seen through the exhibition caseback.. The silver guilloche dial, which is protected by a domed anti-reflective sapphire glass lens, has a minute track around the perimeter, inside this are bronze/brown triangular markers at hour intervals. There are two subdials, chronograph minutes at 12 o'clock and seconds at 6 o'clock. There is a also a date window at 6 o'clock. The watch has black luminous minute and hour hands, the subdial hands are also black. The chronograph flyback hand is brown/bronze. On the right hand side of the case the large push/pull D&S crown is positioned, either side are large rectangular chrono pushers. This Dubey & Schaldenbrand Gran' Chrono is fitted with a D&S 22mm padded brown croco leather strap with a steel Dubey and Schaldenbrand deployant clasp. This Gran' Chrono has a stainless steel caseback, which is fixed by 6 screws, and is water resistant to 30 metres. This Dubey and Schaldenbrand watch comes with a beautiful wooden "chest of drawers" style inner box, the protective outer box and D&S polishing cloth. This watch is in brilliant condition, the case is in excellent order with only the odd small mark, as can be seen from the images. The strap is also in excellent condition, the clasp shuts crisply and the anti-reflective sapphire glass is perfect. The watch runs great with an excellent power reserve, with all the hands reseting perfectly.
