Breitling Top Time Chronograph, Black Dial, Leather Strap

SOLD. Pre owned / used Vintage Breitling Top Time 2008 reference manual wind chronograph. This Breitling Top Time is from the late sixties and is in great condition. The movement is working fantastically well and keeping great time for a 50 year old watch, the chronograph functions perfectly. This Breitling Top Time manual wind chronograph has a 10mm high (including domed plexiglass), 36mm (38mm with crown) across and 39mm lug to lug gold plated stainless steel case which houses a manual wind Valjoux 7730 movement. The black dial has a tachymetre scale around the perimeter, inside this is a minute track with gold line markers at hour intervals. The watch has gold luminous hour (not so luminous any more) and minute hands, the subdial hands are black and the watch also has a gold chronograph second hand. The dial has two subdials, small seconds at 9 o'clock and chronograph minutes at 3 o'clock. On the side of the case are two rectangular chronograph pushers, inside this is the slimline knurled crown. The engraved caseback is push down. This Top Time chronograph now comes fitted with a brand new 20mm black leather aftermarket strap with a gold plated buckle, and was originally water resistant to 30 metres. This watch comes with a Breitling travel box. This is a really beautiful Breitling Top Time watch which is in amazing condition for a sixties watch. The case is in excellent order, with just small marks and the odd tiny ding on the gold plated case. The plexiglass lens has the odd small mark but is in great condition. As mentioned the watch runs extremely well and keeps excellent time, the chrono functions operate perfectly.
