Breitling Superocean 42 Orange Ltd Edition, Black Dial, Leather Strap

SOLD. Pre owned / used Breitling Superocean 42 Orange Limited Edition originally purchased in November 2012. This Breitling Superocean 42 is a limited edition of only 2000 and comes with a Ltd Edition certificate. The Breitling Superocean 42 Orange has a 12mm deep, 42mm (46mm with crown) across, 48mm lug to lug highly polished 316L stainless steel case, which houses a Breitling Calibre 17 automatic movement. The watch has an 120 click uni-directional bezel, which has Arabic numerals and minute markers at hour intervals. The black dial, which is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire glass lens, has an orange minute track around the perimeter, silver Arabic numerals and luminous markers at 12, 6 and 9 o'clock. The silvered hour and minute hands are luminous, and the orange second hand has a luminous tip. There is also a date window at 3 o'clock. This Breitling Superocean 42 Orange has a large knurled Breitling signed screw in crown, which gives the watch water resistance to 1500 metres, or 5000 feet. On the other side of the case at 10 o'clock the helium escape valve is postitioned. The watch comes fitted with the original very lightly used 20mm black leather Breitling strap with orange trim and a polished Breitling buckle. The watch comes with all boxes, manual, original back sticker and tag, international warranty booklet, chronometer certificate, limited edition certificate, service booklet and a reciept for an adjustment under warranty from Breitling this year. All the documentation matches up to the serial number on the watch caseback. As can be seen from the images, the watch is in excellent condition. The case has no marks of note and is in brilliant condition. The bezel turns perfectly and the sapphire glass lens is perfect. The watch currently runs very strongly and has a fantastic power reserve, as you would expect from a 2012 recently adjusted watch. The leather strap is in great condition with only slight wear to a couple of the holes. Overall a fantastic limited edition Superocean 42 which is less than a year old and works perfectly in every way.
